I have nothing but positive things to say about Xeluxe Auto Group. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. From the moment I reached out, they made the process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. The quality of their vehicles and their attention to customer satisfaction really stand out. They take the time to answer questions, communicate clearly, and make sure you're comfortable every step of the way. It's refreshing to work with a company that values honesty, professionalism, and building long-term relationships with its customers. If you're looking for a dependable dealership or rental company that truly cares about its clients and stands behind its services, I highly recommend Xeluxe Auto Group.

This is the easiest and most convenient rental service I’ve ever used. From the pricing to the customer service, to the fact that I can pick up and drop my car off any time with their key drop off/pick up boxes- I don’t rent anywhere else in Boston. The number of times I’ve been stranded by other rental services or charged way too much is absurd. I wish I found this company sooner. 5 stars all around.

Incredibly professional, honest, and to the point. I wasn’t spoken down to by my Sales Rep, Alan- which is not something many woman can say about most dealerships! It’s clear that the customer service experience is a huge priority here. He walked me through the whole process and I will absolutely be returning here and referring anyone in the area who I know if looking to purchase a vehicle.
